Mainly used for peanut butter, sesame paste, mustard sauce, chili sauce, happy jam, fruit puree, bone puree, glutinous rice paste, walnuts, almonds, black rice, hazelnut sauce and other nut products.

The core of the machine is a corundum grinding disc. The unique pressure plate structure of the grinding disc ensures that the upper and lower plates cooperate to move the fiber material of nuts, grains, and soy products from the upper hole to the middle of the two layers, and move downwards along the texture. When rolling through two layers at high speed, the material is ground into a slurry (sauce). The slurry flows along the concave curved surface towards the outlet for discharge. The concentrated pulp product obtained after grinding has a smooth taste, delicate and fragrant texture, stable quality, greatly reduces pulp waste, is easy to make pulp, and can meet the needs of large-scale production.

As an additional option. The incoming product is fed through a hopper or pump. According to the application situation, the jadeite disc grinder can be designed vertically or horizontally.
