The VDM series vacuum degassing machine is suitable for media with viscosity ≤ 150000 mps and flowability. Product Details

The Coruma VDM series is a vacuum centrifugal degassing machine with an effective capacity of 25 liters to 1200 liters for the main degassing tank. It is equipped with a safety fixture device, electronic lifting (position data display), and high and low limit control of the rotating shaft. It can easily adjust the distance between the dispersing disk and the bottom of the tank, forming a donut effect. You can also set the limit of the rotating shaft to ensure that the dispersing disk does not hit the bottom of the tank, and set the limit of the rotating shaft to prevent liquid from being thrown out during the cleaning of the dispersing disk.

The product to be inflated is sent into a vacuum container through a distribution system suitable for the product characteristics. Then, the product flows down the inner wall of the container in the form of a film or droplet, and is collected at the conical bottom of the container for removal. This process is based on increasing the surface area of the product, thereby shortening the diffusion path. Therefore, gases such as oxygen are released, which can be finely distributed in the product or adhered to solid particles, and can be effectively removed. During this process, the temperature of the product remains constant.
