Structural principle of diesel flowmeter
Under the action of the pressure difference between the liquid at the inlet and outlet of the instrument measurement room, a pair of elliptical gears A and B continuously rotate on the shaft and discharge the liquid. By measuring the number of revolutions of the elliptical gears, the total value of the liquid flowing through the instrument can be determined.

The diesel fuel gauge installed correctly according to the requirements can ensure sufficient accuracy during use, and the accuracy of the cumulative value can usually reach level 0.5, making it a relatively accurate flow measuring instrument. However, if the flow rate of the measured medium is too low during use, the impact of instrument leakage errors will become prominent, and sufficient measurement accuracy cannot be guaranteed. Therefore, diesel flow meters of different models and specifications have an allowable value for * * * small flow rate. Only when the actual measured flow rate is greater than the lower limit flow rate allowable value, can the measurement accuracy be guaranteed.

Secondly, when using a diesel fuel gauge, it is important to note that the temperature of the measured medium should not be too high, otherwise it will not only increase measurement errors but also have the potential to cause gear jamming. Therefore, diesel flow meters are used within the temperature range specified by the instrument. After long-term use, the internal gears of diesel flow meters will be corroded and worn, which will affect the measurement accuracy. Therefore, it is important to regularly observe and dismantle for inspection. If conditions permit, calibration should be carried out regularly.

The quantitative control instrument system consists of flow meters, flow quantitative control instruments, solenoid valves, and distribution boxes.

It can achieve control over processes such as quantitative measurement, quantitative filling, and quantitative batching of fluids. The structure is shown in the figure.

Principle of quantitative controller:

At the beginning of quantitative measurement, the flow quantitative control instrument indicates that the solenoid valve is open and the fluid enters the flow sensor. flow sensor

Send the flow signal to the quantitative integrator controller and start measuring. When the flow reaches the set value, the quantitative integrator controller sends a command to disconnect the solenoid valve and restore it to its initial closed state.

Technical requirements for quantitative control instrument control

For example, add a certain amount of water (such as 10L) to the jar, and input the quantitative value of 10L on the flow integrator (quantitative controller),

Then press the start button (or confirm button), and the flow accumulator relay will close (the solenoid valve will open and the water filling light will turn on),

The flow accumulator starts to accumulate, and when the accumulated amount reaches 10L, the flow accumulator relay is disconnected (the solenoid valve is closed, and then...)

The water light is off, and this quantitative completion is completed.

If you want to perform the next quantitative control, you need to press the reset button and then follow the above steps. If necessary

Requirements for quantitative control instrument:

The input of the controller is 4-20mA or pulse signal, with external start, stop, reset, and two relay outputs.

3. The quantitative control value can be changed as needed each time, simply by operating within the quantitative control instrument;

4. The display parameters of the quantitative control instrument include current accumulation, total accumulation, instantaneous flow rate, time, input signal value of the flow meter, etc;

5. Equipped with large and small valve controls, respectively controlling large and small flow rates to achieve quantitative control;

6. There is a material dispensing query function that can query the total number of dispensing times, each dispensing time, each dispensing quantity, etc.
