1. The casing consists of an upper body, a rear upper cover, a left side wall, and a right side wall, which are connected together by bolts. The upper part has a feeding port, and a high manganese steel lining plate is embedded inside, which can be replaced after wear. The leakage of dust between the casing and the shaft is very serious, and a shaft seal is installed to prevent dust leakage. The lower part of the casing is directly placed on a concrete foundation and fixed with anchor bolts. In order to facilitate maintenance, adjustment, and replacement of the grate, there are inspection holes on both the front and rear sides of the lower body. For the convenience of maintenance and replacement of the hammer head, there are also symmetrical inspection holes on both sides of the wall.
2. The rotor consists of a main shaft, a disc, and a pin shaft. The disc has 6 evenly distributed pin holes, and 6-8 hammer heads are suspended by the pin shaft. To prevent axial movement of the disc and hammer. Both ends of the pin shaft are fixed with locking nuts. The rotor is supported on two rolling bearings. In addition, in order to store a certain amount of kinetic energy during the movement of the rotor, avoid excessive speed loss of the hammer head when crushing large materials, and reduce the peak load of the motor, a flywheel is also installed at one end of the main shaft.
3. The spindle is the main component that supports the rotor and bears the impact force. Therefore, it is required that its material has high toughness and strength. Usually, the cross-section is circular and connected to other parts with flat keys.
4. There are two pieces of the striking board, folded in shape. One can be adjusted, and the other is fixed. One of the adjustments relies on the screw device installed on the box.
5. The hammer head is the main working component. Its quality, shape, and material have a significant impact on the production capacity of Wanhua ore crusher. The hammer head is made of alloy casting and has a lifespan of more than three times that of a typical manganese steel hammer head.
Working principle of two-stage ore crusher
The motor of the two-stage ore crusher drives the rotor to rotate at high speed inside the crushing chamber. The material is fed into the machine from the upper feeding port, and is crushed by the impact, shearing, and grinding of a high-speed moving hammer. The equipment can adjust the gap between the ribs according to user requirements, change the discharge particle size, and meet the different needs of different users. The high-speed rotating hammer body collides with the material surface to crush the material. It has the characteristics of simple structure, high crushing ratio, and high production efficiency, and can be crushed in both dry and wet forms. The main working component of the machine is a rotor with a hammer (also known as a hammer head). The rotor consists of a main shaft, a disc, a pin shaft, and a hammer. The electric motor drives the rotor to rotate at high speed inside the crushing chamber. The material is fed into the crushing chamber from the upper feeding port and is crushed by the impact, shearing, and grinding of a high-speed moving hammer. At the lower part of the rotor, there is a sieve plate. Stone particles smaller than the sieve hole size in the crushed material are discharged through the sieve plate, while coarse particles larger than the sieve hole size are retained on the sieve plate and continue to be hit and ground by the hammer. Finally, they are discharged outside the machine through the sieve plate.
