The equipment consists of components such as a reducer, water pump, drum, bracket, supporting wheel, plate brush, spray cover plate, water tank, valve, transmission shaft, motor frame, electrical control switch, etc. The long shaft sprocket is driven by the motor sprocket through a chain, and then the sprocket on the transition shaft meshes with the stainless steel chain on the drum to achieve rotation of the drum. After the material enters the drum, it is washed through the spray pipe and brushed by the plate brush to achieve the cleaning effect. There are two water tanks below the drum, the clean water tank near the feed, the inlet pipe connected to clean water, and the circulating water tank near the discharge edge. The water source from the punched drum that has washed the material is filtered and reused through the filter screen in the water tank.

The machine adopts gear transmission, which improves the service life of the equipment and reduces the maintenance rate of the equipment. Working principle: After the raw materials are put into the machine, the brush roller rotates and brushes the raw materials, causing them to constantly flip over. At the same time, the drainage pipe continuously sprays water to wash away the dirt that has been brushed off from the raw materials until they are thoroughly cleaned.
