Equipment features:

The equipment is made of SUS304 stainless steel. The equipment has good structural strength, stable conveying, and adjustable conveying speed through frequency conversion.

Using steam heating. Equipped with a heat exchange device, a drainage fan and a guide air plate to ensure uniform temperature distribution throughout the drying chamber. The drying temperature can be controlled within 80C.

The equipment adopts nylon chain plate transportation, which has the advantages of high temperature resistance, non toxicity, wear resistance, and easy disassembly.

The equipment has low noise, easy operation, small footprint, and convenient maintenance.

Three layers and five layers operate in a loop to meet the needs of different products and production volumes.

Multi layer dryer is a continuous drying equipment, which is suitable for surface drying and dehydration of dried tofu, Soy egg, poultry products, agricultural and sideline products, Chinese herbal medicine, etc. after cleaning, steaming, braising and sterilization.

1. Equipment installation and commissioning site

2. Operator training

Starting from the self wiring and debugging of the equipment, the operators of the demand side will learn the mechanical working principle of the equipment and the maintenance elements in the operation process under the guidance of the supplier, master the use of equipment theory and practical experience, and produce qualified products.

3. Equipment Warranty

The equipment warranty period is one year. Any equipment malfunction caused by non-human factors during the warranty period will be repaired by the supplier.

For any problems that occur with the equipment after the expiration date, the supplier will provide high-quality maintenance services and original parts at a unified discounted price.

5. Service Commitment
