Equipment features:

Using food grade 304 stainless steel composite plate, fully enclosed for moisture retention and insulation.

Adopting an embedded circulating air cooling unit that utilizes low temperature and high humidity to directly thaw frozen meat, reducing moisture loss and improving freshness. The equipment is equipped with high-voltage static electricity and ozone sterilization, which inhibits bacterial growth, increases sterilization and dust removal functions, and shortens thawing waiting time. By using a low-temperature humidifier for humidification, the old-fashioned steam humidification method in the thawing room has been improved, resulting in a balanced indoor temperature and ensuring clean air in the thawing room. The thawed meat has a natural color, good elasticity, and is bright without losing moisture, ensuring the excellent quality of the meat.


technological process:

Firstly, push the frozen meat into the thawing room, select the thick frozen meat product from this product, and insert the probe hole into the inside and outside of the frozen meat. To ensure uniform thawing of all products, let it stand for five minutes to ensure accurate probe temperature measurement, and then start the machine. Based on the internal and external temperatures of the frozen meat products, this machine automatically selects the thawing mode, automatically turns on internal ozone high-pressure electrostatic sterilization, high-pressure automatic humidification, and the circulating fan has no dead corners. It adopts sixteen stage automatic thawing and automatically adjusts the thawing temperature and humidity. After thawing is completed, it will automatically enter the high-pressure electrostatic preservation mode to achieve the ideal freshness of the meat.

Suitable for frozen chicken feet, frozen meat, chicken necks, chicken wings, fish, shrimp and other seafood products at -18 ℃

1. Equipment installation and commissioning site
