Working principle of high-efficiency pure steam generator
Qualified raw water is pressurized by a multi-stage pump and enters the preheater through a flow meter. After heat exchange, the temperature can be 10-15 ℃ lower than that of the steam heated by the evaporator. Then, it enters the evaporator and is sprayed onto the inner wall of the heating tube through a material water distributor, causing the material water to flow in a film like manner inside the tube. It is vaporized by boiler steam and produces secondary steam with water droplets. It enters the three-stage separation device from the lower end of the heating tube and is separated to produce pure steam. The conductivity of pure steam condensate can be detected online to verify whether the pure steam is qualified.
The evaporator of the boiler steam absorbs heat from the raw water and condenses into boiler steam condensate, which serves as the heating source for the preheater. The preheated raw water is then discharged from the non condensing water outlet of the preheater.

A pure steam generator is a device that uses deionized water as raw material water and heats it with steam to produce pure steam.
