1. Before using the dilution tank, the inside of the tank must be washed with hot water and then disinfected with steam. Various materials enter the tank through the material pipe fixed on the tank cover, or pour in by opening the tank cover. The input materials should not be filled too full to avoid splashing out during mixing, causing unsanitary environment or loss.

2. Fill the tank proportionally, wait until it is full, then start the motor. Generally, after 3-5 minutes, stir evenly, open the ball valve to discharge, and wait for the next feeding.

3. After the mixing is completed, the remaining materials in the tank should be drained and rinsed with warm water as soon as possible to brush off any attached materials. Then, the inner wall of the container should be thoroughly cleaned with 400-500C alkaline water and rinsed with clean water for the next use.

4. Regularly pay attention to the working condition of the entire equipment and reducer. When the lubricating oil of the reducer is insufficient, it should be replenished in a timely manner, and the oil should be changed every six months (40 # engine oil). When the equipment is not in use, be sure to clean the inside and outside with warm water, and do not rinse with salt water to avoid corrosion. Regularly scrub the tank body to keep the surface clean and the inner container bright, achieving the purpose of durability.
