High speed microporous filter

　　Micro porous filters are manufactured according to FDA standards using advanced technology. The filter casing is made of high-quality stainless steel SUS30 and SUS316L.Its characteristics are small size, light weight, easy use, large filtration area, low blockage rate, fast filtration speed, no pollution, good thermal and chemical stability.

This filter can filter out the vast majority of particles, so it is widely used in precision filtration and sterilization processes.

The filter aperture includes: 0.1 ц m, 0.22 ц m, 0.45 ц m, 1 ц m, 3 ц m, 5 ц m, and 10 ц m. Filter cartridges with hydrophobicity (suitable for gases) and hydrophilicity (suitable for liquids) can be selected according to needs.

The filter cartridge has 1 core, 3 cores, 5 cores, 7 cores, 9 cores, 11 cores, 13 cores, and 15 cores. The folding filter cartridge has lengths of 10 inches, 20 inches, 30 inches, and 40 inches; The filter material includes polytetrafluoroethylene, polysulfone, nylon, polypropylene, and acetate fiber.

　　Instructions for use

1. Clean the filter and its connecting components, and install the filter element and housing correctly.

2. Before starting up, first check whether the booster pump is running smoothly, whether the connection is tight, and whether all valves are closed.

3. Before starting up, slowly open the inlet valve and exhaust it, then open the outlet valve for normal filtration.

4. If the filter pressure difference is found to be greater than 0.1Mpa or the flow rate significantly decreases, it indicates that most of the filter holes are blocked. It is recommended that the customer clean or replace the filter element.
