  Electric diaphragm valveThe valve body is made of 316L stainless steel or electropolished material, with an inner surface Ra ≤ 0.8 μ m, in compliance with international hygiene standards such as 3A, SMS, DIN, etc.
Seamless and retention free structure, avoiding microbial growth, supporting CIP/SIP online cleaning and sterilization.
Diaphragm technology
The diaphragm material is EPDM, PTFE or silicone rubber, which is corrosion-resistant and heat-resistant (up to 130 ℃ or above), suitable for acid and alkali, organic solvents and high-purity media.
As a component in contact with the medium, the diaphragm can be quickly replaced and maintained easily.
Electric actuator
Equipped with high-precision servo motors or stepper motors, supporting 4-20mA signals, Modbus communication or PLC linkage control, to achieve precise flow adjustment.
IP65/IP67 protection level, suitable for humid or clean room environments.
3、 Working principle
After receiving the control signal, the electric actuator pushes the valve stem up and down, causing the diaphragm to deform:
Open state: The diaphragm is detached from the valve body flow channel, and the medium is unobstructed.
Closed state: The diaphragm tightly presses against the valve seat, forming a seal and achieving zero leakage (leakage level up to VI).

6、 Selection Guide
Users need to choose the appropriate model based on the characteristics of the medium (temperature, pH value), flow rate (DN15-DN150), pressure (normal pressure to 10 Bar), and certification requirements (such as EHEDG, ASME BPE), and provide customized options (such as quick fit clamps, threaded connections).
7、 Maintenance and upkeep
Regularly check the aging condition of the diaphragm (it is recommended to replace it every 12 months).
Sharp tools are prohibited during cleaning, and neutral cleaning agents are recommended.
The actuator should avoid dust accumulation and use food grade grease for lubrication.
