Hygienic gradeWelding check valveworking principle

When the pressure at the lower part of the valve stem exceeds the pressure above the valve stem and the spring force, the check valve opens. When the pressure on the valve stem is balanced, the valve will close. A higher reverse pressure will act on the valve stem to close it.The working principle of a check valve is that it does not require external control and is a fluid controlled valve. When the fluid pressure is greater than the suction pressure of the spring, the valve automatically opens. When the two forces are equal or the fluid pressure is less than the spring pressure, the valve closes. A higher reverse pressure can also cause the valve to close. Due to the pressure of the medium at the inlet end of the pipeline, the valve is opened or closed by overcoming the resistance of the spring. When the pressure of the medium at the inlet end is lower than that at the outlet end, the spring pushes the valve core towards the valve seat, causing the valve to close and preventing the medium from flowing back, thus playing a check function.
