(1) Characteristics of boiler body:
Adopting advanced electric heating tubes, their surface load is low and their service life is long.
Adopting a step-by-step time-sharing input method to control the electric heating elements can reduce the impact of the boiler on the power grid, thereby making the boiler operation more reliable.
The heating element automatically adjusts the number of heating tube input groups based on temperature difference and load changes, and can automatically switch the input sequence, which not only saves energy, but also balances the operating time of each heating tube group, thereby evenly extending the service life of the heating tubes.
The heating element can also be manually turned on or off, making it convenient for users to flexibly adjust the boiler's heat generation.
Adopting advanced centrifugal glass fiber cotton multi-layer insulation, with low heat loss, low energy consumption, and high thermal efficiency.
Adopting imported color board packaging, the appearance is beautiful and generous.
The interior of the boiler body that provides domestic hot water has undergone anti-corrosion treatment, making the boiler less prone to rusting and corrosion, and prolonging its service life.
Protective device
● Abnormal power supply voltage protection function: When the power supply is abnormal, it will automatically shut down. After normal operation, it will automatically resume work.
Boiler limit water level protection function: When the water level is lower than the set minimum limit water level, the power will be automatically cut off and an alarm will be triggered. After normal operation, press the reset button to restart.
Abnormal protection function of boiler temperature sensor: After each start-up, the control system first detects the condition of the sensor. If there is an abnormality, the boiler power supply will be automatically cut off and an alarm will be triggered.
● Boiler shell temperature protection function: When the temperature of the boiler shell exceeds 105 ℃, the power supply will be automatically cut off and an alarm will be triggered. After normal operation, the boiler will automatically start.
Boiler leakage protection function: When the control system detects a leakage in the electric heating element, it will immediately shut down, reset and restart after troubleshooting.
Heating element phase loss protection function: After self checking and detecting a phase loss in the electric heating element, stop the machine for protection.
