The patented technology and enamel inner liner ensure that the furnace liner never rusts and meets the national drinking water hygiene standards. Adopting advanced centrifugal glass wool multi-layer insulation and imported colored steel plate outer packaging, it has high thermal efficiency and beautiful appearance.

2. Adopting the most reliable boiler structure - "water electricity separation", it prevents electric heating elements from leaking electricity due to accidental reasons, fully ensuring the safety of users and staff. At the same time, the boiler can be repaired and maintained without draining water.
3. Adopting advanced ceramic electric heating tubes, their surface load is low and their service life is long. The jacket is made of high-quality stainless steel seamless steel pipe, with high pressure resistance and low surface heat load, which can effectively prevent scale and prolong the service life of the boiler.
4. Adopting a step-by-step time-sharing heating element, the heating element can be randomly activated or deactivated according to the load, which can evenly extend the lifespan of the heating tube and reduce the impact on the power grid. The heating element can also be manually turned on or off, making it convenient for users to adjust it themselves.
5. Automatic temperature tracking, which can automatically adjust boiler power according to load changes.

Protective device
The boiler operation adopts fully automated program control and has the following main performance characteristics:
1. Users can set their own on/off time according to their water needs to meet the requirements of different users.
2. Overheating protection: When the water temperature inside the furnace exceeds a certain threshold, the heater will automatically shut down and sound an alarm.
3. Secondary overheat protection: When the temperature of the boiler shell exceeds 105 ℃, the secondary circuit will be automatically cut off.
4. Automatic water level control and protection: high-precision water level sensors are selected for real-time monitoring of water level. The sensor adopts pulse based intermittent detection, emitting a detection pulse with a cycle of several microseconds every minute to determine whether the water level in the boiler is normal.
5. Water shortage protection: Heating elements are prohibited from working when the boiler water level is below the low water level.
6. Water temperature display function: The boiler's operating status is clear at a glance.
7. Using an electromagnetic valve as a water replenishment device: it can be fully controlled automatically and does not require dedicated personnel to monitor.
8. Voltage and current abnormal protection: When the voltage and current are abnormal, the control system will automatically cut off the power supply.
9. Boiler leakage protection function: When the control system detects a leakage in the electric heating element, it will automatically cut off the power supply.
10. Power supply abnormal protection function: When the power supply is abnormal, the boiler will stop running.
