Engineering Technology

Engineering amplification and design are the core capabilities of Yuanzheng Company. The company has a group of engineering and technical personnel with both design institute and factory on-site work experience, who can provide customers with overall solutions such as process flow design, control scheme design, selection and procurement of standardized equipment such as pumps and valves, non-standard equipment design, equipment layout, civil engineering conditions, pipeline layout, on-site installation, and on-site start-up. Over the past fifteen years, Yuan Zheng has designed and manufactured more than 350 sets of self-priming gas-liquid reaction devices or core reactors, accumulating a wealth of engineering technology and design experience.

The design of liquid-phase catalytic hydrogenation units should first consider safety issues. Units that have not been professionally designed have many safety hazards:

lFlammable and explosive hydrogen gas and solvents;

lFeeding, filtering, and application of catalysts that are prone to spontaneous combustion;

lMedium high voltage operation;

lStrong exothermic reactions lead to a decrease in temperature controllability and product quality;

lMaterials containing catalysts return from the intake pipe to the hydrogen pipeline and system, posing hidden dangers;

lSampling under pressure.

With years of experience, Yuan Zheng is adept at avoiding these safety issues. While ensuring safety, Yuan Zheng also pays great attention to the efficiency, production capacity, catalyst consumption, catalyst separation and recycling, raw material consumption, product quality, by-product control, automation level, and other factors of the liquid-phase catalytic hydrogenation unit. These factors reflect the advanced nature of the unit. The liquid-phase catalytic hydrogenation unit designed and constructed by Yuanzheng has optimized the process flow, equipment, and various operating parameters, enhancing the customer's core competitiveness.

When the production capacity reaches 10000t/a or more, most of the originally designed devices operate continuously. The continuous liquid-phase catalytic hydrogenation process has the following advantages:

lLow energy consumption: can utilize reaction heat without the need for repeated heating or cooling of materials.

lTemperature control: Intermittent reactions have a peak in heat release, while continuous reactions result in stable heat release in each reactor, with a stable flow rate of cooling medium.

lHigh safety: Stable operating parameters such as temperature, pressure, and flow rate make it easy to achieve automated control, reducing the safety risks for operators.

lEnvironmental Protection: Less gas displacement, reducing venting; Stable product quality, minimal by-products, high utilization of raw materials, and reduced emissions of high boiling materials.

lHigh efficiency: No auxiliary production time such as feeding, heating, discharging, filtering, etc., high reactor utilization rate, and large device capacity.

lLong service life of equipment: Continuous operation of moving equipment such as mixing and pumps avoids frequent start stop operations; Valves do not require frequent opening and closing, which extends their lifespan.

lLow catalyst loss: uniform temperature, minimal side reactions, low tar content, catalyst is not easily deactivated, and the catalyst achieves closed-loop circulation with minimal loss.

lLow raw material consumption: The operating pressure and temperature are uniform and stable, reducing by-products and lowering raw material consumption, resulting in lower product costs.
