Traditional large-diameter low-speed agitators (such as frame agitators, anchor agitators, screw belt agitators, etc.) can only solve the macroscopic mixing problem of high viscosity fluids, and the dispersion is seriously insufficient. Therefore, many operations require long-term stirring to achieve the goal, and the mixing quality and efficiency are very low. Many small diameter and high-speed agitators, represented by turbine agitators, have excellent dispersion performance, but their range of action is small, and the materials trapped in the cylinder wall cannot be fully transferred with the materials in the stirring area, resulting in some materials not being fully mixed and dispersed.

To solve the above problems, Yuanzheng Company successfully developed the MG series coaxial mixer. The MG series coaxial mixer consists of two independent coaxial mixers. The difference between the structure of the MGR coaxial emulsion mixer and the MGB coaxial mixer is that the mixer replaces the inner turbine agitator with a high shear emulsifying head, which is suitable for systems with strong dispersion and emulsification requirements.
The external frame mixer of the MG series coaxial mixer is a low-speed, near wall thruster that is connected to the motor through a hollow shaft transmission mechanism. Multiple sets of transverse angled baffles are installed on the mixer, suitable for macroscopic mixing of high, medium, and low viscosity media, and plays a role in enhancing heat transfer; Internally, there is a high-speed multi-layer turbine agitator or emulsifying head, which is very suitable for dispersing various materials. The complementarity of the two propeller types eliminates the mixing dead zone and can adapt to the mixing requirements of various complex processes and media, especially suitable for the mixing and dispersion of high viscosity fluids with other media. Due to the independent operation of the inner and outer agitator at two different speeds, the inner and outer blades can be infinitely variable according to requirements, making the agitator more flexible.
In addition, the outer frame mixer can be equipped with a scraper to prevent the adhesion, agglomeration, agglomeration, precipitation and other problems of viscous materials, and can further improve heat transfer efficiency.

The MG series coaxial mixer is suitable for complex processes such as dissolution, dispersion, reaction, emulsification, and coagulation of various materials, and is widely used in industries such as petrochemicals, pesticides, fine chemicals, polymer polymerization, pharmaceuticals, food, cosmetics, dyes, coatings, and water treatment.
