ZLB2-80Experimental rotary extrusion granulator

Usage description:
ZLB2-80Experimental rotary extrusion granulatorIt is a device that uses an S-shaped grinding knife to squeeze out particles of material through the sieve holes of a stainless steel sieve cylinder. Used in the field of chemicals to grind mixed powders into particles. Granules used in the food industry as raw materials for powder mixtures and malt dairy products.
Mainly used in the following industries:
1. Development of WDG and water dispersible granules in the pesticide industry.
2. Granules used for granules in the pharmaceutical industry.
3. Chicken essence granules are used in the food industry.
4. Granules are used in the food and beverage industry.
5. Particles in the chemical industry.
Local structure:
This machine is a small wet rotary granulator used for research and development. It only requires about 30 grams of powder to understand its forming and disintegration properties. It can control cylindrical particles with diameters of (0.8, 1, 1.2, 1.5) mm and other shapes, and the appearance of the particles is neat and beautiful.
Technical Specifications:
| model | voltage(V) | power(kw) | Particle fineness(mm) | output(kg/h) | Grinding knife speed(mm) | Overall dimensions(mm) | weight(kg) |

Experimental rotary extrusion granulator
The experimental rotary granulator uses mechanical transmission to rotate the grinding blade and the pressing blade towards each other. The pressing blade forms a certain angle to press the material downwards into the grinding blade. The large angle spiral blade on the grinding blade pushes the material towards the wall of the sieve cylinder, and then the material is extruded from the sieve hole into particles through the blade. This design enables fast granulation, uniform particle size, low energy consumption, and high efficiency.
