Microwave vacuum dryerworking principle
During equipment operation, microwaves are generated by a microwave generator and input into a microwave heater through an energy feeding device; The material is sent to the heater by the transmission system, and at this time, the moisture in the material is heated and evaporated under the action of microwave energy. The water vapor is removed through the dehumidification system to achieve the purpose of drying. The bacteria in the material are killed by the biological and thermal effects generated by the microwave electromagnetic field. Due to the direct action of microwaves on materials, the drying temperature is low and the speed is fast, resulting in minimal loss of active ingredients in drugs.

Structure and characteristics
Thermally sensitive materials can be quickly dried, dehydrated, and concentrated at room temperature, and the dehydration temperature of the material can be controlled below 40 ℃. Infrared temperature measurement, digital timing, adjustable power, intelligent control, simple operation, uniform heating, saving 50% energy compared to conventional process equipment. In addition, it can also be used for drying, dehydration, and concentration treatment of many easily oxidizable materials. The material rotates in three dimensions, with a large paving area and various levels of equipment available for selection.
1. Microwave source technology: Ensure 24-hour continuous operation of the system. The magnetron is industrial water-cooled, ensuring a service life of>5000 hours; Equipped with customized high-power high-voltage transformers, with stable performance and long service life;

6. A safe and reliable full microwave shielding cavity design ensures minimal microwave leakage, below the allowable microwave leakage value;
7. Temperature measurement points are set inside the furnace chamber, and users can monitor the temperature during the processing as needed.
8. Drying is fast and uniform, several to tens of times faster than conventional drying, with good product quality and high yield;
9. The device has no thermal inertia and can start and stop immediately. The kiln body temperature should be below 40 ℃ to improve the working environment for workers;
