Product Introduction

The pulsating vacuum drying oven is used to dry materials under vacuum conditions by synchronously heating the internal heating plate and the jacket around the box body. By using a vacuum pump to extract air and moisture, a high vacuum negative pressure state is formed in the working chamber, reducing the constant temperature of water and achieving a high drying rate at lower temperatures. The thermal energy is fully utilized, and when the material is heated, foaming occurs, forming a sealed space. After the channel steel and inner plate are fully welded, they are repeatedly subjected to pressure and leak detection treatment to ensure no leakage. The heating rate is 200% higher than that of ordinary vacuum ovens, and the equipment manufacturing process meets the requirements of the new "GMP" standard. Adopting high-performance PLC for full process detection and control, automatic adjustment of working pressure and temperature throughout the process, and real-time output of work reports for archiving and future reference.
