1、 Application Overview:

This equipment is suitable for various process operations in the traditional Chinese medicine, food, and chemical industries, including atmospheric pressure, micro pressure, water decoction, warm soaking, hot reflux, forced circulation leakage, aromatic oil extraction, and organic solvent recovery. It has the advantages of high efficiency and convenient operation. The tank is equipped with a CIP cleaning system that complies with GMP pharmaceutical standards.

2、 Equipment structural characteristics:

1. Traditional forms take up less building space and are widely used in extraction workshops.

2. The bottom heating is installed on the slag gate to make the extraction of medicinal materials more complete.

3. After improving the liquid extraction method and adding a stirring device, it can be applied to dynamic extraction systems.

3、 Operation process description:

Extraction (see flowchart in Figure 2): After the feeding is completed, close the feeding door tightly, open valve 8 to add solvent and start heating. Depending on the product or process of production, the extraction process of the extraction tank includes the following points:

1. General water extraction and extraction of products that do not collect aromatic perfume and volatile oil: first open the vent valve 9, then open the jacket steam valves 6 and 7 (only open valve 6 for single stage heating) and valves 13 and 14. After discharging the condensate in the steam pipeline, close valve 14. After the temperature rises to the specified temperature, adjust the jacket steam size to keep the temperature of the liquid medicine stable. If the liquid medicine in the extraction tank needs to be circulated, close all steam valves, open valves 2, 3, 4, and 5, and then turn on the liquid medicine pump.

2. Ethanol extraction or extraction of products that need to collect aromatic perfume and volatile oil: first close the vent valve 9, open the valve 10, then open the jacket steam valves 6 and 7 (only open the valve 6 for single stage heating) and valves 13 and 14, close the valve 14 after draining the condensate in the steam pipeline, then open the cooling water valve 15, after the temperature rises to the specified temperature, adjust the jacket steam size to keep the temperature of the liquid medicine stable, and after the liquid level in the oil-water separator reaches a certain height, open the valve 11 to collect products. If the volatile liquid needs to reflux, open valve 12.

3. Discharge:

Close jacket steam valves 6 and 7 (only open valve 6 for single-stage heating), open valves 1, 3, 4, and 5, and then turn on the liquid pump to deliver the liquid to the liquid storage tank.
