This production line consists of an automatic bottle sorting machine, an eye drops filling and capping machine, and a vertical labeling machine. It can complete the sorting, filling, capping, capping, and labeling of 2-20ml circular deformed plastic or glass bottles of various materials. This machine is developed and designed using domestic technology, and adopts a mechanical arm vacuum suction plug suction cover with an upper outer cover. The upper outer cover of this machine has a special feature, with a pre rotating cover function. The production line is designed reasonably, runs stably and reliably, is easy to maintain, and is easy to operate, meeting the requirements of the new version of GMP.

The filling part adopts a peristaltic pump or ceramic pump imported from the UK, with high filling accuracy, stable filling volume, no bottle self stop, no internal plug or external cover, and adopts variable frequency speed regulation;

The self-adhesive labeling machine has high labeling accuracy, no bottle self stop alarm, printing and cleaning, and production counting functions. Meets the requirements of the new GMP certification.
