Usage and Introduction:

This line is mainly used for the liquid filling production of penicillin bottle freeze-dried powder. It consists of ultrasonic bottle washing machine, tunnel drying sterilization machine, automatic filling semi stoppering machine, automatic capping machine, labeling machine, etc. It can complete penicillin bottle cleaning, drying sterilization, liquid filling semi stoppering machine, automatic capping and labeling production actions. The entire line is interlocked and controlled, meeting the requirements of pharmaceutical production. Equipment configuration can be modified and upgraded according to customer process and production requirements.

Features:

The speed of the bottle supply machine can be adjusted, and the bottle supply speed is multiplied by the production line demand;
