Usage and Introduction:

This machine is designed specifically for several pieces of tube bottles. The host is driven by a variable frequency motor, with flexible starting and a wide speed range. This machine adopts a designed multi piece board, which has a photoelectric control system for automatic multi piece bottling of incoming bottles and automatic stopping of operation when there is a shortage of bottles, as well as multiple protection functions such as overload, overcurrent, undervoltage, and overvoltage, to avoid continuing multi piece feeding in a bottle free state. The machine is fully automatic for bottle sorting, feeding, and filling, with stable filling volume and no filling if there are no bottles. The top cover and sealing rate can reach over 99%. This machine has the characteristics of small size, stable operation, low noise, easy operation, maintenance, and cleaning, and meets GMP standards. Suitable for measuring, filling, and sealing various types of tubes and bottles. Can be equipped with an automatic labeling machine.
