The basic version of FISCHERSCOPE MMS PCB thickness gauge can be extended with BETASCOPE, SIGMASCOPE, and PERMASCOPE to enhance its functionality.The FISCHERSCOPE MMS PCB series is a universal instrument that provides users with quality assurance for measuring the thickness of all coating layers on circuit boards.The FISCHERSCOPE MMS PCB thickness gauge series can easily meet the requirements of factories for measuring copper layers, other electroplated layers, and thickness after painting. There are only a few methods suitable for such measurements. The basic version of the instrument that already integrates the resistance method is designed specifically for such applications. Especially the copper layer on thin plates, the starting material of multi-layer circuit boards, and multi-layer boards containing a 10 μ m (0.4 mil) bromine layer in the middle can only be accurately measured using the resistance method. This is an ideal method for measuring results that are not affected by the underlying copper layer.
