Rapid temperature changesPurpose of the testing machine:
Suitable for various components or machines such as instruments, electrical and electronic equipment, chemistry, materials, etc., it is used for adaptability testing under rapid or gradual temperature changes, or stress screening testing, to help scientifically analyze and evaluate the performance and changes of the test sample under the specified conditions. This series of test chambers adopts a perfect circular arc design, with excellent texture, beautiful and atmospheric appearance, and sturdy and durable. The control system adopts an original imported dedicated controller with strong scalability, full Chinese human-machine dialogue, simple operation, precise control, stability and reliability. This series of test chambers can also perform low-temperature (ultra-low temperature) and high-temperature constant temperature tests separately.

Structure:
The equipment mainly consists of a box, a refrigeration system, a heating system, an air circulation system, and a control system.
The design of the test box is perfect, processed and formed by CNC machine tools, and equipped with non reactive handles for easy operation.
The sealing of the box door is made of refined silicone rubber, so that there is no aging or hardening phenomenon at high and low temperatures.
The inner liner is made of imported SUS304 stainless steel plate, and the outer shell is treated with A3 plate spray coating, which looks smoother and more beautiful.
The insulation system uses ultra-fine glass fiber or hard polyurethane foam to fill the insulation area to ensure the temperature inside the box.
The temperature control adopts imported instruments with P.I.D automatic calculation function, user-friendly design operation method, easy to learn and use.
The independent heating and cooling system enables the equipment to effectively improve heating, cooling, and efficiency.
The refrigeration system is a fully automatic control and safety protection coordination system.
Adopting a multi wing strong air circulation system to avoid any dead corners and ensure even temperature distribution within the testing area.
The air circulation design ensures that the air pressure and speed meet the testing standards, and can accelerate the temperature recovery time at the moment of opening the door.
