The KFG-50 filling and capping integrated machine $nKFG series packaging machine is a new generation of packaging equipment developed by our company's engineering and technical personnel (with a loading range of 0.02g-2000g): designed with mechatronics integration, the powder screw is driven by a servo motor, and the microcomputer sets the steps to accurately control the range of measurement required for screw rotation and packaging. The KFG series packaging machine is a new generation of packaging equipment developed by our company's engineering and technical personnel (with a loading range of 0.02g-2000g): designed with mechatronics integration, the powder screw is driven by a servo motor, and the number of steps is set by a microcomputer to accurately control the range of measurement required for screw rotation and packaging. All bottle positioning adopts servo motor positioning, with a reasonable overall design, reliable and stable operation, simple operation, high degree of automation, easy disassembly, and convenient cleaning of key parts, in compliance with GMP specifications.
01. The packaging, capping, and rubber stopper vibration stations adopt separate isolation stations to prevent particles generated by vibration from entering the bottle, greatly reducing product quality risks.
02. According to the properties of the raw powder and the requirements of the product, the KFG packaging machine has multiple packaging functions such as secondary and tertiary packaging, as well as composite raw powder products.
The mixing box and powder hopper of the 03. KFG packaging machine are made of non-toxic and transparent materials that can be sterilized at high temperatures both domestically and internationally, and are processed and polished with advanced technology. This allows operators to clearly see the height of the powder layer, the flowability of the raw powder, and the mixing and powder feeding conditions.
04. On the basis of the original powder box, increase the height by 2cm and pack some relatively fluffy raw powders to control (improve) the height of the powder layer, increase the gravity and fluidity of the raw powder, and improve the accuracy of packing.
05. The powder feeding nozzle can be lengthened or shortened according to the properties of the original powder to improve the accuracy of loading.

The 06.KFG new packaging machine has a front and rear nitrogen filling function. The front nitrogen filling replaces the oxygen in the penicillin bottle, and the rear nitrogen filling uses multiple nitrogen filling in the protective cover, which can make the residual oxygen in the penicillin bottle ≤ 4%.

07. All parts in direct contact with drugs can be disinfected at high temperatures and easily replaced and disassembled (allowing for contactless installation).
08. It has a workstation for removing unqualified products, a fault alarm device, and various instruments and sensors.
09. Install reserved detection devices for dust particles, floating bacteria, and settling bacteria.

Adopting CRABS system (self cycling)

1. Effectively protecting products and personnel, improving the cleanliness of the air inside the packaging machine.

2. The starch in the packaging machine is recovered by dust residue to prevent dust leakage and comply with the new version of GMP.

3. The upper powder bucket is equipped with a self-cleaning space for the rubber stopper, and the shaking rubber stopper workstation uses a separate fan and a hundred level laminar flow filtration device.

The hundred level laminar flow adopts two ventilation functions

1. The air in the room is filtered through a hundred level laminar flow.

2. External dehumidification equipment can be used, suitable for products with high moderate requirements.

3. Equipped with a DOP high-efficiency filter detection port device.

4. A hundred level laminar flow is equipped with pressure difference online and temperature and humidity online monitoring devices.

Configure automatic sampling device

1. Take samples while the equipment is running without slowing down.

2. Sampling can be set continuously, individually, and in pairs.

3. Sampling is carried out using clean compressed air without the need for a vacuum source.
