This line consists of QCK series vertical ultrasonic bottle washing machine, SZK series hot air circulation tunnel sterilization oven, and DGK series filling and capping machine. The vertical ultrasonic bottle washing machine can complete ultrasonic rough cleaning of bottles, cleaning of the outer wall of bottles, and cleaning of the three gases and three waters inside bottles. The hot air circulation tunnel sterilization oven can dry, sterilize, and remove heat sources from cleaned bottles. The filling and plugging machine can complete the functions of filling medicine and plugging. According to the production process, it can also be connected to the capping machine to seal the aluminum cap of the capped bottle. This connecting line is equipped with domestic and foreign instruments and meters, which can detect, print, and store process parameters online. At the same time, the filling and plugging machine is equipped with an isolation protection system, which meets the requirements of the new version of GMP.
