The "three in one" produced by our company is designed and manufactured domestically based on the product design principles of Delta Company in Italy and JHP Company in South Korea. Filtration stage: Separation of product filter cake and mother liquor. The thickness of the filter cake can reach 500mm.
Washing stage: further purification of filter cake, cleaning of residual mother liquor, and pre dehydration. Mix the filter cake and washing solution layer by layer using a lifting mixer to form a slurry, and thoroughly wash the suspension cake.
a. Main material: AISI304 or 316L silicon carbide.
Rubber ring materials: fluororubber, silicone rubber, butadiene fluororubber.
Ripple material: AISI304 or 316L (imported from Japan).
Sealing form: Each sealing point is equipped with dual seals.
b. Mixing shafts can be divided into solid and hollow shafts. Solid shafts are used for mixing materials that are not heated. When the mixing blades need to heat and dry materials, the mixing shaft is a hollow shaft head with a rotating joint, providing an inlet and outlet channel for the heated medium.
c. The mixer can be a two blade or three blade mixer, with or without a scraper depending on the material properties. The material can be subjected to force mouth heat treatment according to the situation. The stirring blades are formed in the form of circular tubes and triangles, and the internal cavity can be filled with a heat transfer medium to heat the material, playing a major role in the filtration, washing, and drying processes.
Drying stage: Dehydration and drying treatment of the filter cake. While the filter cake is gradually scraped and loosened layer by layer by the agitator, the side walls of the equipment, the bottom of the filter plate, and the moving stirring blades heat the filter cake at the same time, and the moisture evaporates rapidly to achieve the drying effect. The evaporation speed is accelerated by the vacuum method inside the equipment, and the evaporated moisture is taken away by adding treated hot nitrogen gas and other media to accelerate the drying of the material and improve the drying effect.
Bottom plate structure: Main material: AISI304L or 316L

a. The fixed chassis is welded to the simplified equipment and has a heating system for heating and drying.
b. Detachable chassis: Clamp the upper and lower flanges with clips to achieve sealing. The chassis can be disassembled and landed using hydraulic cylinders. The lower part of the chassis is equipped with wheels for easy movement to clean the filter plate. The chassis is equipped with heating systems, one is a channel type and the other is a pipeline heating type. The filter plate is fixed with bolts from under the chassis to make it flat, and there are no bolts in the contact part with the product.
Unloading stage: The dry material is automatically discharged from the side discharge port through the reverse rotation of the S-shaped mixing slurry and directly enters the packaging.
a. Stir forward and reverse rotation:
1. Drive the shaft to rotate after deceleration by the motor reducer. The adjustment of its speed is quickly achieved through frequency conversion.
2. The shaft is driven to rotate by a hydraulic pump powered by a hydraulic motor, and the speed is adjusted by a regulating valve. The lifting and lowering of the mixing and lifting chassis is powered by a hydraulic pump on the hydraulic station. There are three forms of pump station control to choose from: manual control, electronic control, and pneumatic control.
b. The reducer adopts products from SEW company in Germany.
c. Speed: Controlled by a frequency converter, adjustable from 0-20 revolutions per minute, including safety prevention devices.
It is divided into manual control discharge valve and hydraulic (or pneumatic) control discharge valve. After the valve core is closed, the inner side matches the inner wall of the equipment casing, which does not affect the movement of the mixing inner side. The sealing of the discharge valve can adopt various methods such as metal sealing. For products that require sterility, sterilization treatment can be added to the discharge valve. The discharge valve structure can be either fixed or quick opening.
