1、 Core functions and process modes of equipment

This machine adopts a modular design, and can flexibly switch between three mainstream working modes by changing the position of the spray gun and process parameters:

1. Top Spray Granulation
   The spray gun is located at the top of the fluidized bed and sprays the adhesive solution downwards. Suitable for ordinary wet granulation, such as one-step molding of tablet granules and traditional Chinese medicine extract granules. The characteristics are easy operation, high production capacity, and moderate particle density.

2. Bottom spray coating (Wurster Coating)
   The material circulates within a dedicated separator, and the spray gun is placed at the bottom to spray liquid upwards, achieving uniform coating of the microspheres. Specially designed for functional coatings such as sustained-release, enteric coating, and taste masking, it is the core equipment of formulations.

3. Rotary Granulation
   The spray gun is horizontally sprayed from the side wall and matched with a rotating chassis, suitable for the preparation of dense particles with high drug loading or high viscosity materials. The particles have good sphericity and high strength.

In addition, the device also supports auxiliary functions such as pure drying, cooling, and powder layering, truly achieving "multi energy and multi product co production".
