1、 Product Introduction

The FLP fluidized bed granulation dryer integrates granulation drying and coating, and can prepare porous instant particles between 100mn-4mm. At the same time, it can provide targeted moisture-proof coating for particles between 50nm-5mm. The FLP experimental machine can also manufacture a variety of pellet products. This equipment is versatile, reducing the footprint and improving the utilization rate of the equipment.

2、 Working principle:

Fluidized bed granulation dryerPut the powdered material for granulation into the fluidized bed, and the cold air enters from the heating chamber at the rear of the main engine, passing through primary and medium efficiency filtration. After the heater is heated to the required temperature of the inlet air, it enters the fluidized bed, and the powder is fluidized in the bed. The binder for granulation is sent to the dual fluid atomizer by a peristaltic pump, and after atomization, it is sprayed towards the fluidized material. The powders bridge and aggregate into particles, which grow up. After the water evaporates, it is carried out of the machine by the exhaust.
