DPH320H high-speed roller plate aluminum-plastic blister packaging machine is a specialized equipment for blister type aluminum (PTP)/plastic (PVC) composite sealing packaging of drugs (tablets, capsules), food, medical equipment, health products, electronic components and similar materials. Due to the use of positive pressure forming and rolling heat sealing, it has the characteristics of firm blister cover and flat plate.

Performance of DPH320H high-speed roller plate aluminum-plastic blister packaging machine

1. The forming heating plate automatically closes and opens, and can delay startup after the heating plate is lowered, limiting material waste to within one plate range.

2. Air cushion heat sealing, the mesh roller is automatically raised by the cylinder during shutdown. Eliminating the deformation of the bubble cover caused by thermal radiation during stopping, it also facilitates the cleaning of the mesh roller, and plays a buffering role during overpressure, which is beneficial for extending the service life of the machine.

3. The rolling heat sealed blister pack contains tablets and aluminum foil passed through between two rollers, which are in contact in a straight line with a small contact area and relatively high pressure, making the heat sealing more efficient. One of the advantages of drum heat sealing is that it has a small contact area and short heating time, which increases the speed of the whole machine. The heat sealing roller is equipped with a stainless steel heating tube for heating the heat sealing roller. The heating tube is controlled by an automatic temperature control system to maintain a constant temperature. The roller mold and the heat sealing roller will heat up when in contact for a long time. This machine adopts air cooling to avoid water leakage caused by water cooling in the past.

4. PVC completion and breakage automatic alarm, shutdown, and equipped with emergency stop safety device, improve the safety of operators during debugging and mold replacement.

5. Multiple fonts are available for you to choose from when printing batch numbers. 7. The rotation angle of the stepper die behind the servo step punching and blowing bubble (i.e. the length of the bubble taken out) is consistent with the rotation angle of the stepper die above the die (the length of the bubble turned into the punching), achieving plate synchronization. Changes in sections only require shifting gears, without the need to change gears. Misalignment without edge cutting reduces vertical waste edges to 1mm and eliminates horizontal waste edges. Producing for 8 hours * 2 per day per year can save more than 440000 yuan in materials. The ordered arrangement of the punched sections can push out a length of 1 meter, without the need for manual sorting, making it convenient for the next boxing process.

8. When the machine is turned on and running, the oil pump automatically refills every 10 minutes (parameters can also be set separately) to lubricate and cool down, protect the smooth operation of the machine, and extend its service life.

9. Machine protection device:

(2) When there is a shortage of medication, the machine will automatically sound an alarm.

One Performance characteristics:

1.1. The equipment casing is made of high-quality 304 stainless steel shell and aluminum alloy tempered glass protective door.
