The temperature control of the heat sealing mold is controlled by an imported temperature controller with PID control. At the same time, advanced PT100 drum surface thermometers assembled with imported components are used for temperature measurement; On the one hand, it ensures the stable and reliable surface temperature of the heat sealing mold, and on the other hand, it directly improves the sealing performance of the heat sealing agent plate.

The host speed adopts imported frequency converter for stepless speed regulation. Due to the use of a Japanese Delta programmable controller for control, the transmission structure of the machine is simple and easy to maintain. In addition, this machine is equipped with a device for cutting easily torn edges with heat sealing tape; The heat sealing mesh of the medicine board is clear and beautiful.

Our company can provide two options for printing batch numbers on packaging machines: one is to use special-shaped steel character codes for hard printing, and leave a batch number without mesh on the medicine plate. First, imprint the batch number on the packaging material and enter the heat sealing mold. The batch number imprinted on the packaging material should be aligned with the reserved batch number position without mesh on the mold. Another method is basically the same as the above method, which uses imported solid ink wheel printing and does not leave batch numbers on the packaging material, molds, and medicine boards.
