1、 Basic use: 1. Suitable for flat pasting of adhesive labels on unfolded large cardboard boxes. Specially designed for the labeling of large cardboard boxes, the labeling head adjustment mechanism of the gantry bracket is fixed and supported at both ends to make the labeling head more balanced. The labeling adjustment range is wide, up to a maximum width of 800mm for cardboard boxes; (Can be applied simultaneously to: folder center labeling, large PE bag labeling, large cardboard labeling, etc.) 2. Equipped with three sticker heads, it achieves the function of attaching multiple adhesive labels on one cardboard box. 3. Configure the labeling roller, which presses the port during the cardboard box transportation process and then transports the label overlay forward to prevent abnormal transportation caused by the curled edge of the cardboard box port, affecting the labeling accuracy or getting stuck; 4. The program simultaneously sets the dual label labeling function. When two identical labels are pasted on the same horizontal line on the same carton, the dual label function can be directly selected on the labeling machine. The interval between the front and rear labels can be adjusted to achieve the dual label labeling function in one go; 5. Optional inkjet printer, capable of printing production date, batch number, and barcode information on cardboard boxes. 6. According to the investment budget of each enterprise, automatic feeding structure and automatic receiving structure can be selected and matched. No manual feeding or receiving is required.
