1、 The basic purpose of the single header carton labeling machine is to apply adhesive labels on the flat surface of large cardboard boxes (not yet three-dimensional) in cardboard state. It is commonly used to apply one label or two identical labels in front and back. When applying two labels to the front and back of the cardboard box, the two labels should be placed on adjacent sides of the box after forming it into a three-dimensional shape; There are several main structural components: automatic feeding mechanism, automatic conveying mechanism, labeling head mechanism, and automatic receiving mechanism. 1. Automatic feeding mechanism developed for cardboard boxes: suitable for large cardboard boxes of common thickness, with independent conveyor belts. Manual labor only needs to place a stack of cardboard boxes into the feeding mechanism, and the machine can automatically separate the cardboard boxes onto the labeling machine conveyor belt. A stack of cardboard boxes with a height of about 300mm can be placed; 2. Conveyor mechanism designed for cardboard boxes: The conveying width can be selected according to customer needs, including 500mm, 800mm, 1000mm, or 1200mm, to meet the labeling requirements of cardboard boxes within various widths; 3. Labeling head mechanism: Due to the large width of the cardboard box, the labeling position needs to be adjusted with a wide span, so a gantry support and adjustment structure is used to ensure the firmness and ease of adjustment of the labeling head; 4. Automatic material collection mechanism: Designed with an automatic material collection device for cardboard boxes, allowing them to be collected into stacks after labeling, making it convenient for workers to take them away. (Different functional material collection devices can also be designed according to customer requirements, such as designing a belt material collection device. After collecting a stack, it will automatically move to another workstation to continue collecting the next stack.).
