Suitable for the entire packaging process of counting, filling, stuffing, capping, sealing, and labeling of tablets, pills, capsules, and other shaped tablets in industries such as pharmaceuticals, food, and daily chemical products. Reduce manual operations and achieve full automation. According to customer needs, dust covers can be purchased separately. This production line complies with the new GMP requirements.

Features:

Automatic bottle sorting machine, the entire bottle sorting process adopts mechanical action, without the need for dedicated personnel to supervise, saving time and effort.

Variable frequency screening type counting machine: low noise, stable falling, correct counting, adjustable speed through frequency conversion, and equipped with a light control device to stop falling without bottles. Variable frequency paper capping machine: designed based on principles, with a reasonable and compact structure, automatically feeding paper and cutting with scissors. The speed can be adjusted through frequency conversion to automatically stop without bottles.

Aluminum foil sealing machine: equipped with an automatic removal device for aluminum foil, with adjustable speed within a certain range. Necker self-adhesive labeling machine: has the function of automatically stopping labeling when there are no bottles and automatically printing batch numbers.
