It can be used to apply single or double labels on the bottle body, and the distance between the front and back double labels can be flexibly adjusted. In addition, it can be used to position the neck label. It is widely used in industries such as pre mixed drinks, cocktails, beer, and ice cream. Optional color coding and inkjet printers are available to print production date and batch number information on labels, achieving the integration of labeling and coding.

1. Core working principle:Put the product inThe conveyor belt enters the bottle separation mechanism, which separates the products. The sensor detects the products passing through and sends a signal back to the labeling control system, which controls the system at the appropriate positionExtend the positioning cylinder to position the bottle, allowing it to rotate while controlling the tractionThe motor sends out the label and attaches it to the position of the product to be labeled,Simultaneously label and bottle bodyThe label attachment action is completed.(Adjustable spacing between bottle labels)

2.The positioning cylinder retracts, and the bottle continues to be transported to the second labeling mechanism. The control system controls the positioning cylinder to extend and position the bottle, allowing it to rotate. The positioning signal is detected by the positioning electric eye, and the control system then controls the traction motor to send out the label and attach it to the neck of the bottle. The bottle rotates while covering the label, and the neck label labeling is completed.

3. Operation process: Place the product conveyor belt (can be connected to the assembly line)->Product conveying ->Product separation ->Product testing ->Product positioning ->Labeling and covering ->Collect labeled products.
