The fully automatic water softener is composed of a fully automatic water softener controller (Fulike, USA), resin tanks (usually fiberglass resin tanks and stainless steel resin tanks), strong acid sodium ion cation resin, and a salt tank. The fully automatic softened water equipment has the characteristics of small size, simple operation, and automatic operation without manual operation. It has been widely used in industrial or civilian systems such as boilers, cooling circulating water systems, etc. in petrochemicals, steelmaking, steel rolling, large transformers, light industry textiles, food hygiene, hotels and restaurants.
Standard Workflow

There are five processes: work (sometimes called water production, the same below), backwashing, salt absorption (regeneration), slow flushing (replacement), and fast flushing. All processes of different softening water equipment are very similar, but there may be some additional processes due to differences in actual processes or control needs. Any softening water equipment based on sodium ion exchange is developed on the basis of these five processes (among which, the fully automatic softening water equipment will increase the saltwater re injection process).

Introduction to Automatic Controllers

3. The regeneration program can be automatically started according to the flow rate setting. The operator only needs to add salt to the salt tank regularly, and the rest of the work is automatically completed by the soft water equipment. The equipment has a low failure rate, long lifespan, and can ensure 100% good water quality.
4. The periodic water production can be adjusted freely, and the time for each regeneration step can be flexibly adjusted.
