The JK explosion-proof softener developed, designed, and manufactured by Tianjin Ruier Environmental Protection Water Treatment Company consists of three main parts: a tank body (double tank) filled with ion exchange resin, a hydraulic control valve, and a salt tank. The operation of the softener does not require electricity, it can operate automatically based solely on the pressure of the raw water. The two turbines inside the hydraulic control valve, driven by the water flow, respectively drive two sets of gears to open and close valves in different channels according to the cumulative flow rate, automatically completing the circulation process of the softener's operation, backwashing, salt suction, forward washing, and automatic replenishment of the salt tank. The regeneration sequence is automatically switched between the two tanks, with one in use and one as backup, ensuring uninterrupted supply of soft water.

Application and Features:

Widely used in various industrial and civilian softened water equipment, such as boiler water supply, heating and air conditioning system makeup water, textile printing and dyeing, papermaking, laundry, bathing, food processing, high-quality domestic water and other fields. The processing flow ranges from 0.3 to tens of tons per hour.

1. Inlet water temperature 5-50oC

2. Water hardness ≤ 0.03mmol/l/L;

3. For users with traffic exceeding 20 tons per hour, the number of combinations can be increased until the required traffic is reached;

4. When the hardness of the raw water is ≥ 8mmol/L, it can be selected in the JKH series, but a water quality analysis report of the water source should be provided.
