Fully automatic water treatment system
Application scope: Used for sterile water such as pure water, mineral water, mineral water, beverages, alcoholic beverages, pharmaceutical water, and biochemical products.
Water treatment technology:
With the increasingly serious water pollution, a large amount of pollutants, especially organic pollutants, enter the water body through different ways, and drinking water sources are increasingly polluted. The traditional water treatment processes such as coagulation, filtration, and disinfection mainly focus on removing suspended solids, turbidity, and chromaticity from wastewater, and have relatively insufficient ability to remove dissolved organic matter. In addition, chlorination disinfection itself also forms "three carcinogenic substances" (carcinogenic, teratogenic, and mutagenic), which directly affect the health of drinkers.
Preprocessing includes multi-media filters, activated carbon filters, softeners, iron and manganese removal filters, ultrafiltration, microfiltration, etc; Deep processing includes membrane treatment and ion exchange; Terminal processing includes ozone, UV and other methods, as well as polishing mixed bed, EDI or CDI processing.
1. Water tank:
The water tank set by the system ensures a buffering and adjustment capacity of 30-60 minutes. Alternatively, larger or smaller water tanks can be set up as buffer water tanks between equipment according to customer requirements. The water tank is equipped with a liquid level switch, a respirator, a liquid level pipe, and a pneumatic inlet valve for easy automatic control of the entire line.
2. Multi media filter:
The main purpose of using high-quality multi-stage graded quartz sand filter media and anthracite as filtration media for water treatment is to remove larger suspended particles and dissolved organic macromolecular pollutants in water, and reduce water turbidity.
3. Activated carbon filter:
Using high-quality palm shells specifically designed for water treatment as activated carbon filter media, the main purpose is to adsorb organic matter, residual chlorine, and odors in water, and serve as a guarantee facility for improving water quality in the beverage industry.
4. Membrane separation system or ultrafiltration
The principle of membrane separation system is a principle of membrane separation process. Ultrafiltration uses a pressure active membrane to intercept colloids, particles, and substances with relatively high molecular weight in water under external driving force (pressure), while water and small solute particles pass through the membrane in the separation process.
5. Precision filter:
A precision filter of 5 μ m or 1um is installed at the inlet of the reverse osmosis host to ensure the removal of residual activated carbon and substances such as scale and rust in the water, and to intercept any small particles that may be present in the inlet water to protect the reverse osmosis membrane from damage.
6. Reverse osmosis system:
Reverse osmosis is a high-tech membrane separation technology that uses pressure difference as a driving force for cross flow membrane filtration (including ultrafiltration, nanofiltration, and reverse osmosis). It has the characteristics of high separation degree, no phase change, and simple and efficient. The reverse osmosis system is also equipped with a 5 μ m security filter, a high-pressure pump, high and low pressure protection and control. Most organic compounds can be removed with a removal rate of 99%, and the removal rates of viruses, bacteria, and pyrogen are greater than 99%.
7. Mixed bed:
The mixed bed ion exchanger is composed of anion exchange resin and cation exchange resin mixed in proportion.
8、EDI:
Continuous Electrodeionization (EDI) is the process of using mixed bed ion exchange resin to adsorb cations and anions in water, and these adsorbed ions are continuously removed through cation exchange membranes under the action of direct current voltage.
9. UV sterilizer:
Ultraviolet sterilization exists in the form of electromagnetic or radiation energy. It uses ultraviolet radiation with a wavelength of 2000-3900A (1A=1X10-10m) to effectively destroy the DNA molecules of microorganisms, forming TT dimers that cannot reproduce. It is a commonly used and safe sterilization method for air and water.
10. Ozone sterilization system:
Ozone is a particularly strong oxidant, with an instantaneous sterilization property 16 times that of chlorine, and meets the national requirements for drinking water - no residual harmful products.
Main Features
1. It does not change the chemical properties of water and has no side effects on the human body.
2. The descaling effect is obvious.
3. The device is small in size, easy to install, and can be used unattended for a long time.
4. After passing through the equipment, water can be turned into magnetized water and has a certain inhibitory and killing effect on bacteria in the water.
5. Non corrosive equipment can extend the service life of servo equipment.
