The GSFT-100L double-layer glass reactor is a commonly used biochemical instrument, widely used in modern fine chemical, biopharmaceutical, scientific research and experimental industries. This machine is equipped with an electric constant speed stirring system, a condensation and dropwise addition system, and an external heating or cooling cycle equipment for the interlayer of the kettle body. While stirring the materials, inject circulating hot solution or coolant through the interlayer to heat or cool the materials inside the kettle at a constant temperature. When the material undergoes a heating reaction, the evaporation efficiency can be improved under vacuum conditions (by connecting a vacuum device). The solvent vapor is cooled into a liquid through a glass condenser coil (by connecting a cooling device), which can be refluxed into the kettle or recovered through the lower valve of the reflux elbow. After the reaction is complete, the material can be discharged from the side outlet at the bottom of the kettle.

This series of products requires a system device consisting of vacuum equipment, high-temperature or low-temperature circulation equipment, etc.

Basic Configuration

All parts in contact with the material are made of high borosilicate glass (expansion coefficient 3.3) and polytetrafluoroethylene material, which have stable performance and are not prone to chemical reactions with the material.

The frame type main body is made of aluminum alloy and stainless steel material.

Glass+PTFE discharge valve, no liquid accumulation side discharge.

Low speed booster motor, variable frequency speed regulation, fine tuned by rotary torque, dual display speed control box can digitally display speed and material temperature inside the kettle.

The mixing system adopts ceramic bearings and mechanical seals to prevent the mixing rod from wear and debris.

Adopting PT100 temperature sensor, made of 304 stainless steel material, covered with transparent polytetrafluoroethylene tube, dual anti-corrosion.

The vacuum pressure gauge displays real-time vacuum and the pointer displays.

Crescent shaped+triple bladed double-layer mixing blade, 304 stainless steel+polytetrafluoroethylene mixing blade; The material of the stirring rod is 304 stainless steel, wrapped with polytetrafluoroethylene tube.

The bottom of the machine is equipped with universal wheels with brakes, which can move as a whole and are easy to operate.
