  1、 Product Description:The GZS-9A high-speed fully automatic suppository filling and sealing unit is a new product developed by our company based on the actual production of suppositories at home and abroad. The unit mainly consists of four parts:
1. High speed belt making machine;
2. High speed infusion machine;
3. High speed freezer;
4. High speed sealing machine. It can automatically complete all the processes of shell making, infusion, cooling and forming, sealing, batch number printing, tearing line, cutting bottom edge, aligning top edge, counting and cutting of suppositories. It has the function of non filling and automatic removal of deflated bubbles, automatic correction of color codes, and filling quantity detection. This unit is controlled by PLC program and operated by industrial human-machine interface, making it the most automated suppository equipment in China at present.

  3、 Working principleThe process route for producing suppositories with this equipment is: roll packaging material (PVC, PVC/PE) - welding - preheating - rolling flower
——Blow molding - infusion - cooling and shaping - preheating - sealing - batch number marking - tearing line marking - bottom cutting
Edge - Upright - Counting and Cutting - Finished Product Packaging. The rolled plastic sheets (PVC, PVC/PE) are formed by positive pressure blow molding using a suppository belt making machine, and automatically enter the infusion station. The evenly mixed medicinal solution is automatically infused into the empty shell through a high-precision measuring device, and then continuously enters the cooling station. After a certain period of low-temperature shaping, it achieves the transformation from liquid to solid state and becomes a solid suppository. Finished suppositories are made through preheating, sealing the upper opening, batch marking, tearing the opening line, cutting the bottom edge, aligning the top edge, and counting and cutting processes at the sealing station.
  4、 Technical features:1. Adopting PLC programmable control and human-machine interface operation, it is easy to operate and has a high degree of automation.
2. Equipped with automatic correction function, the font position can be freely controlled, and the appearance of the strap is neat and beautiful.
3. Equipped with functions such as bubble detection, filling volume, and liquid level detection in the material bucket.
4. The infusion adopts a servo motor system, with precise and convenient adjustment of the filling amount; Equipped with menu storage function, easy to convert specifications.
