1. Introduction
This machine adopts a lifting and conveying form from low to high, mainly used for material conveying in industries such as medicine, food, and chemical. It can be connected to other equipment to form a production line.
2、 Technical features
1. A new type of hygiene grade food conveyor belt made of PU material without skirt edges, which is non stick, easy to clean, and used for conveying soft materials, pills, etc. to the next process.
2. The power operating parts are sealed, and the front and rear shaft mechanisms of the conveyor belt adopt a quick disassembly structure. The lower part of the conveyor belt is equipped with a material receiving groove throughout the entire process to prevent materials from falling onto the ground, making it easy to clean and avoid dead corners without accumulation.
3. This machine adopts a single reduction motor direct drive, with guide strips attached to the inside of the conveyor belt to ensure that the conveyor belt does not deviate. There is a lifting baffle attached to the top of the conveyor belt to ensure the material conveying output. The machine is equipped with universal wheels under the body, which can be easily moved, and the support rod below can be folded for convenient transportation.
4. The material in contact with the material meets the requirements of GMP regulations, is easy to clean and disinfect, durable, and corrosion-resistant.
5. The side of the conveyor belt is wrapped in stainless steel.
