The QNix7500 coating thickness gauge is universal and can meet different measurement needs by replacing the probe. The probe can be directly connected to the host for integrated measurement, or connected to the host through the probe cable for separate measurement. The split measurement operation is simple and can greatly avoid errors caused by misoperation. The main body of this instrument comes in two types: regular type and memory type. The probes are divided into magnetic probes, eddy current probes, and dual-purpose probes. The measurement range of the probes is 0-2mm and 0-5mm. Users should choose the appropriate probe according to their needs when purchasing this product.The gauge used for measuring coating thickness is multifunctional and expandable. The QNix 7500 provides users with the option to measure coating thickness on non-ferrous metals or non-ferrous metal substrates. The probe module can be directly used inside the instrument, or an extension cable can be used to measure in areas where other gauges are too large.

The QNix7500 modular measurement system provides mobility up to 5000 μ m, high measurement accuracy, ease of handling, and exceptional applications.

QNix7500 is a particularly compact and lightweight thickness gauge used for non-destructive measurement of coating thickness on all Fe and NFe substrates.

It can be used by directly inserting the micro probe or connecting the probe to the inserted extension cable.

By simply exchanging probes, the QNix7500 can adapt to the corresponding measurement tasks.

Multiple interchangeable probes can be used.

To replace the probe, simply pull out one probe and insert the other. Then start using the instrument immediately.

Even in its basic version, the QNix7500 is equipped with an RS 232 or USB interface that can transfer readings online to a PC.

Despite its wide range of applications, the QNix7500 is particularly compact and convenient. The innovative Hall sensor technology enables operation without complex control keys and buttons.
