1、 Characteristics

2、 Working principle

Rubber belt vacuum filter is a new type of filtration equipment with the highest degree of automation. The machine uses filter cloth as the medium, and the slurry is evenly distributed on the moving filter cloth by the feeder. Under the action of vacuum driving force, the filtrate passes through the filter cloth and the tape suction groove into the vacuum box, and then enters the collection tank for recovery or discharge through the discharge hole of the vacuum box. The filter cake on the filter cloth is washed and dried multiple times, and then enters the discharge process at the turning point of the filter cloth. After the discharge is completed, the filter cloth is regenerated by the filter cloth washing device. Afterwards, the filter cloth passes through a series of filter cloth support rollers and filter cloth correction devices, and then passes through the filter cloth pressure roller on the feeding end component, and is re covered on the rubber belt to enter the feeding section, filtering, washing, and drying section. The operation process is continuous.
