Solid particles are trapped on the filter cloth to form a filter cake. The liquid entering the vacuum chamber is discharged through a steam water separator, and as the rubber belt moves, it forms a filter cake that sequentially enters the filter cake washing area and the drying area. The filter cloth and tape are separated, and the filter cake is discharged at the discharge roller. The filter cloth that removes the filter cake is regenerated after cleaning, and then enters the filtration zone again after passing through a set of support rollers and correction devices, starting a new filtration period.
