The HD-XMTA series intelligent digital display instrument adopts high-performance and highly anti-interference integrated instrument chips. The measurement input and transmitter output adopt digital calibration and self calibration technology, ensuring stable measurement and eliminating measurement errors caused by temperature drift. And through EMC electromagnetic compatibility testing, it has strong anti-interference ability, high reliability, and high cost-effectiveness.

The HD-XMTA series intelligent digital display instrument has multiple types of input programmable functions. One instrument can be matched with different input signals (thermocouple/thermistor/linear voltage/linear current/linear resistance/frequency, etc.), and the display range, alarm control, etc. can be set by the user on site. It can be used in conjunction with various sensors and transmitters to achieve measurement, display, adjustment, alarm control, data acquisition, and recording of physical quantities such as temperature, pressure, liquid level, capacity, and force.

The intelligent digital display instrument displays the measured value (PV) and set value (SV) with dual row or single four digit LED, and simulates the percentage of measured value with single or dual color light column. It also has zero and full correction, cold end compensation, digital filtering, communication interface, 6 alarm modes, and can be equipped with 1-4 relay alarm outputs. It can also be equipped with transmitter output or standard communication interface (RS485 or RS232C) output.

Environmental conditions for use

The installation location shall not be affected by strong mechanical vibration, impact, or electromagnetic induction such as high current and sparks from the signal end, power end, and space. There shall be no gas in the air that corrodes metal or plastic parts.
