The HLLU straw gas flowmeter vortex street flowmeter is based on the Karman vortex street principle, which detects the vortex separation frequency through a probe to calculate the flow rate and converts it into corresponding pulse or current signals in the signal transmitter for output. The characteristics of HLLU straw gas flowmeter are small pressure loss, large range, and high accuracy. HLLU straw gas flowmeter is almost unaffected by parameters such as fluid density, pressure, temperature, viscosity, etc. when measuring volumetric flow rate under working conditions; No movable mechanical parts, therefore high reliability and low maintenance; The instrument parameters can remain stable for a long time.

HLLU straw gas flowmeter:
The HLLU series vortex flowmeter is mainly used for flow measurement of industrial pipeline media fluids, such as gases, liquids, vapors, and other media. Its characteristics are small pressure loss, large range, high accuracy, and it is almost unaffected by parameters such as fluid density, pressure, temperature, viscosity, etc. when measuring volumetric flow rate under working conditions; No movable mechanical parts, therefore high reliability and low maintenance; The instrument parameters can remain stable for a long time. The vortex flowmeter adopts a piezoelectric stress sensor, which has high reliability and can operate within the working temperature range of -20 ℃ to+250 ℃. It has analog standard signals and digital pulse signal outputs, and is easy to be used in conjunction with digital systems such as computers. It is a relatively advanced and ideal flow meter.

Working principle

High degree, with a liquid measurement accuracy of ± 1.0%; Gas measurement accuracy is ± 1.5%

Flexible installation method, capable of horizontal, vertical, and inclined installation at different angles
Adopting anti-interference circuit and anti vibration sensing head, it has certain anti environmental vibration performance
