The HMC pulse single machine bag filter series has 6 specifications: 32, 48, 64, 80, 96, 112; There are two types: Type A and Type B. Type A has an ash hopper, while Type B does not.According to user requirements, non-standard design can be carried out separately.

Working principle
The dusty gas enters from the lower part of the dust collector's box, and is trapped on the outer surface of the filter bag by the filter bag. The clean gas enters the bag and is discharged from the upper box by the fan. As the filtration time prolongs, the dust layer on the filter bag continues to accumulate, and the resistance of the dust removal equipment continues to rise. When the equipment resistance rises to a certain value, the dust cleaning device starts cleaning under the control of the pulse controller. When cleaning the dust, compressed air passes through the pulse valve in a very short time in sequence and is sprayed onto the filter bag through the spray pipe. The dust attached to the outer surface of the filter bag separates from the filter bag and falls into the ash hopper, drawer or directly into the warehouse. Dust removal is completed and the dust collector resumes normal operation.
Under the action of the pulse control device, the dust collector is periodically cleaned according to certain requirements to maintain a good working condition.
precautions
Strictly control the temperature of the flue gas entering the dust collector.
Control the inlet pressure of the induced draft fan according to the requirements of the production process.
Regularly inject lubricating oil into the mechanical transmission part and replace vulnerable parts.
The electromagnetic pulse valve should be cleaned every three months. If there is any dirt or blockage, it should be promptly removed and vulnerable parts should be replaced.
The oil-water separator, air storage tank, and air bag for compressed air should be discharged once per shift.
Check the filter bag every six months. If there is any damage or oil stains, it should be replaced or cleaned in a timely manner.
