Introduction:

working principle:
After the dusty airflow enters the dust collector, the large particles of dust are separated by the cyclone body and fall into the ash hopper. The small particles are suspended in the gas and evenly distributed through the airflow distribution device, entering the filter chamber and diffusing between the gaps of the filter bags. The purified gas is discharged by the main fan. Dust is trapped on the outer surface of the filter bag, and as the dust continues to thicken, the resistance of the filter bag also increases. At this time, the fixed resistance pressure difference control system of the dust collector opens the switching valve to connect the back blowing airflow. Through the blowing port on the rotating arm, the filter bags are blown one by one to reduce the resistance of the filter bag to a certain value and maintain the continuous operation of the dust collector.
