The binary separator is designed and manufactured in accordance with the relevant provisions of GB474-2008 "Method for Preparation of Coal Samples". The grid slot width of the binary separator of different specifications is uniform for coal sampleszui2.5 times larger particle size, but not less than 5mm, and the slope of inclined surfaces such as grid grooves should not be less than 60 °. The structure of the binary separator is reasonable, easy to use, and has multi-point splitting function. The splitting accuracy meets the standard requirements and improves the efficiency of sample preparation. There are two types of materials for the binary separator: galvanized sheet and stainless steel sheet. Mainly used for the preparation of coal or other particulate material samples through fractional distillation.
